Ace the learning curve.

Hyphen: the sign -, used to join words to indicate that they have a combined meaning

Just like what our name represents, we seek to combine the various aspects of tennis to craft the most holistic learning approach for our players. Whether you are a beginner or intermediate, 7 or 70, there will be something tailored to suit exactly your learning style. This goes beyond just technical and tactical – we emphasize our education system as being well-rounded, inclusive, and affordable for the masses, allowing everybody to connect and have fun.

Hyphen Tennis was established by Elise Yeo, a passionate tennis player who started coaching at the age of 18. As a young coach of almost five years and a competitive player for much longer, she has undergone many obstacles and hence, understands players of all demographics and skill levels. This has helped her recognize the learning curve that different individuals face, which sometimes, causes them to lose interest in furthering their tennis journey. With this in mind, she aims to bridge players with an intrinsic drive to learn, with a community of young coaches who inspire to share their knowledge with the modern, progressive teaching pedagogy.
